Meet Sam
Samantha Sheffield set up the Company in 2019 following a successful career in a variety of corporate companies. She worked in small start up businesses to large multinational global businesses, with experiences in the retail, hospitality, leisure and medical industries. Sam has been fortunate enough to use the experiences gained as the Head of HR for EMEA to set up a now thriving business to help and support small and medium sized businesses with all their HR needs. Offering a personal and reliable service at the end of the phone.
Sam is an HR generalist but specialises in organisation change – helping businesses attain the right structure and have the right people in place to be successful, grow and exceed revenue targets. From organisation design, to roles and responsibilities reviews and restructures, Sam can help review and implement change quickly.
